During combat, press the artefact button to twist time and return your health to it's starting amount.
Possibly the most useful artefact against bosses. Even though it has so few uses, it's still very effective in a pinch. It does have a long cooldown time and the player cannot move while using this power. Before the implementation of limited uses, this artefact was completely broken as it allowed the player to potentially end every encounter at full health.
