Pain Cards are cards found in the "Pain Deck". They affect the player negatively.
Types[ | ]
Health Pain Cards[ | ]
Injury: The player loses 5, 10, or 15 Health.
Permanent Injury: The player's Maximum Health decreases by 5 or 10 (or 15, in endless mode). If the player has hit points in excess of their new maximum health total, they are lost.
Bad Fortune Cards[ | ]
Bad Fortune: Lose 1 Equipment.
Bad Fortune: Lose 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 Gold.
Bad Fortune: Lose 1, 3, or 5 Food.
Curse Cards[ | ]
Draw 1 Curse card.
